Hi, I’m Brittany.

I believe my job is to help you heal yourself. I utilize a collaborative approach that is co-created by both therapist and client. By acting as a guide, I hope to lead you to healing spaces that can foster lasting change.
I love helping people uncover their true, authentic selves. Often, we come to believe that parts of ourselves aren’t loveable, acceptable, or tolerable, and we hide them for fear of rejection.

While working with couples and families, I hope to bring these hidden parts of ourselves out, helping everyone see each other in a complex and dynamic light. Within these moments of vulnerability — connection and healing can occur for individuals, couples, and families.
While I work with a range of mental health and relationship struggles, I enjoy working with clients looking to process trauma, whether that is PTSD, complex or developmental trauma. I also work with anxiety, depression, and OCD. No matter the issue, I am happy to help you reach your goals.
I received my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah State University in Logan, Utah.

Brittany sees clients out of our Henderson, Nevada office as well as online via a secure telehealth platform.
